Matt Barnard currently serves as managing director of Nadel and Gussman Ventures. Matt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University with a degree in electronic business technology and a Master of Business Administration from University of Tulsa with a concentration in finance.

Prior to joining Nadel and Gussman Ventures, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer for Casillas Petroleum Resource Partners I & II where he was responsible for all financial and accounting activities of the companies. Prior to his management role at Casillas, Matt spent over 8 years at Unit Corporation in the Corporate Strategic Development group where his responsibilities included risk management, long term financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and capital market transactions.
